1. General provisions

This agreement governs the use of the Okay VPS service (okay-vps.com) (the “Service”; its owner — the “Administration”). The User confirms full agreement with the terms when launching the bot, registering or paying. Disagreement requires ceasing use of the Service.

2. Nature of the services and digital goods

The Service provides digital goods and services of an intangible nature. Their value lies in the systematisation, presentation, maintenance, support and updates. The Administration does not guarantee the uniqueness of individual elements outside the Service.

3. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS”. The Administration does not guarantee that it will meet expectations, achieve results or operate without interruption, and is not liable for losses, the consequences of using materials or the actions of third parties.

4. Lawful use

The User undertakes to use the Service within applicable law. Responsibility for lawful use rests entirely with the User.

5. Intellectual property

Copying, distribution or transfer of materials without permission is prohibited. Violations may result in restriction of access without compensation.

6. Restriction of access

The Administration may suspend access in the event of a breach of the agreement, detected abuse or requirements of the law.

7. Payments and refunds

Refunds are not provided after access has been granted, except in cases of a technical error or unavailability of the product. A refund request is reviewed within 24 hours. The User undertakes not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting support.

8. Confidentiality

The Administration collects minimal technical data and takes reasonable protection measures but does not guarantee absolute security. See the Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes to the terms

The Administration may amend this agreement. Continued use of the Service means the User agrees to the new version.
